Controlled-beta access
LoyalFlow currently creates business workspaces through supported setup or owner invitation. Public self-service checkout is not active. Access may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn when required to protect the service, users, businesses, or customer data.
Account responsibility
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials and recovery material secure, use only their authorised role, and promptly report suspected compromise. Business owners are responsible for the users, branches, programme configuration, and customer-facing information they approve inside their workspace.
Loyalty programmes and rewards
Each participating business defines and fulfils its own loyalty rules, points, visits, rewards, offers, expiry conditions, and customer communications. LoyalFlow supplies operating tools and records; it does not independently promise or fund a business's customer reward.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, cross-business data access, abuse public links or rate limits, upload unlawful or harmful material, interfere with service operation, or use LoyalFlow to violate applicable law or another person's rights.
Plans and billing
Plan limits and a provider-neutral subscription foundation exist, but public payment checkout, automated subscription purchase, and payment webhooks are not active. Any paid beta arrangement must be confirmed through the approved manual or assisted commercial process. Refund and cancellation terms require approval before paid public launch.
Service changes and availability
The beta service may change as reliability, security, and product evidence improve. Scheduled or unexpected interruptions may occur. Final warranties, liability limits, termination rights, governing law, dispute terms, and notice rules must be approved with the legal identity before these terms become the final public agreement.
