Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of Tanee for business loyalty and customer marketing operations. They apply alongside the published Privacy Policy and Billing, Cancellation & Refunds Policy.
Tanee offers a 14-day free trial for eligible new businesses and paid subscriptions under the published plans or a written commercial agreement. Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per business identity, email, and phone number. Access may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn when required to protect the service, users, businesses, customer data, or payment integrity.
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials and recovery material secure, use only their authorized role, and promptly report suspected compromise. Business owners are responsible for the users, branches, program configuration, and customer-facing information they approve inside their workspace.
Each participating business defines and fulfills its own loyalty rules, points, visits, rewards, offers, expiry conditions, and customer communications. Tanee supplies operating tools and records; it does not independently promise or fund a business's customer reward.
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, cross-business data access, abuse public links or rate limits, upload unlawful or harmful material, interfere with service operation, or use Tanee to violate applicable law or another person's rights.
Published plan limits apply to each subscription. Payment methods and renewal options may vary by market. Customers may cancel future renewal at any time; access continues through the paid period. First paid transactions include a 7-day refund window, and verified Tanee technical issues that materially prevent use may qualify for a refund of the unused remaining paid period. Tanee may update features, security controls, integrations, and operational processes as the service evolves. Planned or unexpected interruptions may occur. Tanee does not promise uninterrupted availability unless a separate written service-level agreement expressly provides one. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.
